I’m a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and Postpartum Hormone Specialist who helps moms recover from postnatal depletion, optimize their hormones, and reclaim their energy—so they can feel like themselves again.

With nearly a decade of experience supporting women as both a doula and practitioner—and as a mom of three myself—I deeply understand the physical and emotional challenges that come after birth.
